Ahmed Alawaji is Partner at A&M and a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia with an extensive legal experience that includes serving government sector, public and private companies, and high profile public figures.
Prior to establishing A&M, Ahmed has worked as a lawyer in a leading law firm, where he managed and litigated in different cases across a range of areas including securities disputes, corporate matters, real estate, and labor law.
He gained his experience through working with Ministry of Health as a Head of Litigation at their Legal Department, where he represented the Ministry of Health, and served as Public Prosecutor before the Sharia Medical Panel and was a member of the Violations Committee of Private Health Institutions.
Ahmed has also represented clients in a 400 million Saudi Riyals dispute before the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes. He also has experience in a 100 million Saudi Riyals real estate dispute as well as representing clients in medium to high value administrative and commercial disputes.
