His background spans private practice and senior roles in leading Saudi institutions, giving him deep insight into the Kingdom’s legal and regulatory landscape.
In addition to his private practice, Saleh held key positions at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and Saudi Aramco,where he gained extensive experience in regulatory policy, tax matters, and legal framework development and implementation.
