Abdulrahman is a Trainee Lawyer at A&M with experience in corporate and commercial matters, as well as legal advisory. He supports corporate transactions and restructurings, company incorporations, legal due diligence, and preparing and reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documents.
He also advises on employment and foreign investment matters, supporting businesses establishing and operating in the Kingdom. He combines corporate and transactional experience with a strong understanding of Saudi legal and regulatory requirements.
